What does the diagnostic fee cover?+
The $89 diagnostic fee covers a full inspection and diagnosis of your appliance. It's completely waived if you move forward with the repair.

What areas do you serve?+

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+
Yes. Every repair comes with a full warranty covering both parts and labor, so if the same issue comes back, we'll fix it at no extra cost.
Do you carry parts with you, or order them first?+
Sam and Dan stock the most common replacement parts for major brands directly in their service vehicles, so most repairs are completed in a single visit. For rare or specialty parts, we'll order them and schedule a quick follow-up.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Payment is collected after the repair is complete, and you'll always know the cost upfront before any work begins.
Can you come on weekends or evenings?+
Yes. We're open every day of the week, including weekends, from 8 AM to 8 PM, so you don't have to take time off work to get your appliance fixed.
What should I do before the technician arrives?+
Clear the area around your appliance so it's easy to access, and if safe to do so, unplug it. If you know the brand and model number, having that ready can help speed up the diagnosis.
